Privacy policy

1. Who we are

This site is run by the agency TENET ("we", "the Company"). We act as the owner of personal data under the Ukrainian Law on Personal Data Protection, and as a data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where you contact us from within the European Union.

2. What data we collect

Data you give us yourself

• Contact details — name, email, phone number, Telegram or Instagram handle, when you fill in the brief, subscribe to the newsletter or message a manager.
• Business details — company name, niche, links to channels or a website, the budget and the tasks you describe in the brief.
• Correspondence — the content of messages you send us through any channel.

Data collected automatically

• Technical data — IP address, browser type and language, operating system, screen resolution, device type.
• Behavioural data — pages you viewed, time on site, referral source, button clicks.
• Cookies — described separately in our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we process data

• to answer your enquiry and prepare a commercial proposal;
• to deliver the services we agreed on and run the project;
• to send the newsletter, if you subscribed to it;
• to analyse how the site and advertising campaigns perform;
• to meet tax and accounting requirements.

4. On what legal basis

• Your consent — newsletter subscription, non-essential cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Performance of a contract — when you order a service or ask for a proposal.
• Legitimate interest — basic analytics, protecting the site from abuse, improving the service.
• Legal obligation — document retention and reporting.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with contractors who help us operate, and only to the extent a specific task requires:

• hosting and site delivery;
• web analytics services;
• email newsletter services;
• the CRM system used to handle enquiries;
• advertising accounts — in anonymised or aggregated form.

We may also disclose data at the request of public authorities where the law requires it.

6. Transfers outside Ukraine

Some of the services we use are hosted outside Ukraine, including in the EU and the United States. In those cases the transfer takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. How long we keep it

• Enquiries and correspondence — up to 3 years from the last contact.
• Subscriber data — until you unsubscribe.
• Accounting records — for the periods set by Ukrainian law.
• Analytics — in anonymised form, usually up to 26 months.

8. How we protect data

The site runs over a secure HTTPS connection. Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it for their work and who are bound to keep it confidential. We update software regularly and restrict access to our systems.

That said, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

9. Your rights

• to find out which of your data we process;
• to receive a copy of it;
• to correct inaccurate data;
• to request deletion;
• to restrict or object to processing;
• to withdraw consent;
• to lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

To exercise any of these rights, write to vlad.tenettg.agency@te-net.net. We respond within 30 calendar days.

10. Children

The site is not intended for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe we have received such data, let us know and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address, and the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. If the changes are significant, we will notify you separately.
