Integration and setup of your CRM
We build a system where every enquiry and every stage of a deal is visible — and one your managers don't have to force themselves to open.

A CRM doesn't sell anything by itself. All it does is make visible what is already happening: how many enquiries came in, where they stall, and which managers get deals through to payment. If that data is inaccurate, the manager is making decisions from a picture that isn't real.
So we start not by choosing a system but by describing your actual sales process. The funnel has to reflect how you really work, not a generic template out of the box.
What the work includes
Funnel logic
Statuses, fields and automatic tasks shaped around your niche. Each stage has a clear criterion for moving on, so deals don't hang in limbo.
Telegram integration
Enquiries from your bot and channel land in the CRM automatically, along with the conversation history and the source they came from.
Website and payments
Forms, payment systems, payment confirmations. The manager sees payment status without switching to another account.
Ad accounts
A link to your traffic sources, so you see not just the number of enquiries but the cost per closed deal from each campaign.
AI scoring and segmentation
A model rates the likelihood of a deal from the conversation history, transcribes calls and sorts the database — managers start with the people closest to buying.
How we work
1. Describing the process
We map the path of an enquiry from first touch to payment and record who is responsible for what.
2. Choosing the system
We match the CRM to your volume, budget and the integrations you need. Sometimes a simpler tool is enough.
3. Setup
Funnel, fields, access rights, automatic tasks and reminders.
4. Integrations
We connect your communication channels, website, payments and advertising through APIs.
5. Training the team
We show people how to use it and stay with you through the first weeks. Without this the system stays empty.
Why a CRM fails to stick
The most common reason is that it was introduced as an obligation rather than a tool. Managers fill the fields in for form's sake, the owner reads invented numbers in the reports and makes decisions blind.
The second reason is too many fields. When creating a deal means filling in fifteen boxes, managers find their way around it: they keep their own notebook and transfer things into the CRM afterwards, and not all of it.
We usually cut the number of required fields to a minimum and let automation fill the rest from correspondence and calls. The rule is simple: if the data can be captured automatically, a person shouldn't be typing it.
How many stages a funnel should have
Too few stages and you can't see where deals are lost. Too many and managers stop moving them along, because it eats their time.
A working guide for most businesses is five to seven stages, each marking a real change of state rather than an internal procedure. "Proposal sent" is a stage. "Manager thought about it" is not.
What pairing a CRM with AI gives you
The obvious part is scoring: the model learns what conversations tend to look like before a payment and highlights the ones following the same path.
The less obvious and often more useful part is automatic data entry. The model reads the correspondence or a call transcript and fills in budget, timing and objections on the record itself. The manager only checks it.

questions.
We choose to fit the task. For most projects the common systems are enough — describing the process properly matters more than the brand.
We migrate it with a clean-up: duplicates merged, dead contacts flagged separately so they don't distort the numbers.
Core setup with integrations takes a few weeks. After that comes a period of tuning against how the team actually works.
Yes, if the CRM is already set up. It's the most frequent standalone request.
