Bringing AI agents into your business

We automate what currently eats your managers' hours: first-touch handling of enquiries, qualification, reminders and reporting.

Most businesses lose enquiries not because the product is weak but because of the gap between the message and the reply. Someone writes in the evening, the manager sees it in the morning, and by then the customer has written to three competitors. An AI agent closes exactly that gap: it answers immediately, asks the clarifying questions and hands the manager a conversation that already has context.

We don't install a chatbot for the sake of having one. First we look at where the current process loses money, and automate that part. Sometimes it is the conversation with the customer, sometimes the routine inside the team: sorting enquiries, filling in records, preparing reports.

What the work includes

An AI assistant for sales

It answers the usual questions, qualifies the lead against your criteria, handles objections and drives towards the action you want — a booking, a payment or a handover to a person.

Routine automation

Sorting inbound messages, filling in CRM records, transcribing calls, preparing reports. What a person does mechanically, the system does instead.

Voice and text channels

One agent works in Telegram, on the site and in direct messages. The conversation history is kept wherever the customer first wrote.

Handover to a manager

The agent knows the limits of what it can handle. When a question goes beyond them it passes the conversation to a person along with a short summary.

How we work

  1. 1. Process audit

We follow an enquiry from first touch to payment and find where it gets stuck.

  2. 2. Automation map

We decide what goes to the system and what stays with people. Not everything is worth automating — AI won't replace a difficult negotiation.

  3. 3. Prototype

We build a working version of the agent on real conversations and run it against a limited share of enquiries.

  4. 4. Integration

We connect it to the CRM and your communication channels, and set up how context reaches the manager.

  5. 5. Further training

We collect the mistakes of the first weeks and refine the scenarios. Skip this stage and any agent stays half-baked.

How an AI agent differs from an ordinary bot

A classic bot runs on a scenario tree: the user presses buttons, the bot leads them down a branch. One step sideways and the conversation breaks, because that question isn't in the tree.

An AI agent built on a language model understands phrasings nobody wrote in advance. It holds the context of the conversation, asks again when something is missing, and composes an answer from your knowledge base. To the customer it reads like talking to a well-briefed manager rather than filling in a form.

The flip side is that an agent has to be constrained. A model that can answer anything is capable of promising something you don't offer. So we set hard boundaries: what the agent may draw on, what it says about pricing, and the point at which it must hand over to a person.

Where AI does not belong

Where the cost of a mistake is high and legal or financial responsibility is involved, the agent should only gather information — the decision stays with a person.

The same goes for anything that happens a few times a month. Describing the scenario and maintaining it costs more than it saves, and every change to the product means another round of edits.

What it costs to run

The running cost has two parts: calls to the language model and maintenance of the scenarios. The first depends on conversation volume and the model, the second on how often your product changes.

In practice, for most small and mid-sized businesses the cost of handling one conversation turns out to be a fraction of a minute of a manager's time. But the saving only appears when the agent genuinely closes a meaningful share of enquiries rather than forwarding them all to a person.

Frequently asked questions.

  • No. It takes over first-touch handling and the routine; difficult negotiations and unusual cases stay with people.

  • We choose it to fit the task and the budget. Typical conversations run fine on a lighter model; complex logic gets a stronger one.

  • We'll pick one and set it up around your process. That's often simpler than migrating existing chaos.

  • A prototype agent comes together in a few weeks. Full CRM integration and further training depend on how complex the process is.
